Who is NDC/EGR?

NDC/EGR is a non-membership military non-profit organization (501(c)(3)) focused on publishing the true issues enlisted members face. Our audience consists of over 350,000 enlisted reserve military actively serving Servicemembers (E-1 to E-9) across all branches of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, National Guard, and Coast Guard). This also extends to enlisted veterans who may still face challenges related to their service and families of enlisted personnel who require support. NDC/EGR has tailored its programs and resources to the specific needs and challenges faced by enlisted ranks, which can differ from those of officers. Enlisted personnel are over 2/3rds of the force and should have an equal voice.

What is NDC/EGR’s Mission

Our primary mission is to safeguard the reserve enlisted Servicemembers of all branches of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, National Guard, and Coast Guard), using publications and advocatcy. • Serving as a strong advocate for National Guard service members, their families, and veterans in Washington, D.C.

  • Continuously improving National Guard readiness, modernization, and quality of life within the Total Force.

  • Preserving and promoting the National Guard’s rich militia heritage as the first military organization of the U.S.

NDCEGR’ Legislative priorities are generated based on the needs of our servicemembers and are presented to NDCEGR either by the individual, state, training commands or corporate partners. NDCEGR works to ensure EVERY SERVICEMEMBER HAS A VOICE!
